By working with greycopper or using our website, you agree to the terms below.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By starting a project with Greycopper, you agree to the terms below. They exist to protect both of us and keep our work moving without friction.

1. Scope of Work

Every project begins with a written scope — deliverables, timeline, and price. Usually a Notion page or short proposal. You'll know exactly what you're getting before we begin.

If new tasks come up mid-project that fall outside the agreed scope, we'll quote them separately and confirm before any work begins. No surprise invoices.

2. Payment

Standard terms: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery — unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.

Final files, hosting access, and ownership transfer once the final payment is received. Payments more than 7 days late may pause your timeline.

We accept bank transfer, Mada, Apple Pay, Stripe, and Wise.

3. Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds — typically 2–3 per phase, set in your scope.

Revisions are for refining, not restarting. If feedback changes direction significantly after approval, we'll quote it as additional work and confirm with you first. Nothing extra is billed without your sign-off.

4. Timelines

We work fast — most projects ship in days, not months. We'll give you a clear schedule and stick to it, provided feedback, assets, and approvals come back on time.

If your team goes quiet for more than 14 days without notice, we'll pause the project. A rebooking fee may apply if rescheduling is needed.

5. Ownership

Once final payment is received, the work is yours. That includes:

  • The website (design + code)

  • Brand assets created for you

  • Domain and hosting setup

  • All documentation handed over

You own it fully. We don't hold anything hostage.

We may feature non-confidential work on Greycopper.com, in case studies, or on social media — unless you tell us not to in writing before we start.

6. Communication

Most of our work is async. We use WhatsApp, email, Notion, and Loom to keep things moving — no daily meetings, no project managers, no endless calls.

We reply within 24–48 hours on working days (Sunday–Thursday). If something urgent comes up, we'll schedule a call together.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime. You'll be invoiced for the work completed up to that point. No penalties, no hidden fees.

If a project is paused for more than 21 days without notice, we may reschedule your slot depending on our current queue. A restart fee may apply based on scope.

8. Liability

We deliver exactly what's outlined in your scope. We're not liable for:

  • Issues from third-party services (Shopify, Salla, Framer, hosting, payment processors)

  • How the final product is used after handoff

  • Indirect or consequential damages

We test thoroughly and hand over with professional care. Platforms outside our control sometimes behave unpredictably — and we can't be held responsible for that.

9. Confidentiality

Everything you share with us — strategy, designs, internal documents, product details — stays private. We don't share, reuse, or disclose it without your permission.

Want a mutual NDA before we start? Just ask.

10. Portfolio Use

We're proud of the work we do and may feature your project on Greycopper.com, our case studies, or social media — unless we agree otherwise in writing before starting.

If your project is sensitive (pre-launch, stealth brand, private build), tell us upfront and we'll keep it off public channels permanently.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms as Greycopper grows. The version that applies to your project is the one in effect when your contract is signed. Updates don't apply retroactively to active projects.
